TradeSync Analytics ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard financial data retrieved through brokerage APIs.

2. Data Collection via Brokerage APIs

Through the Schwab Trader API, we access the following information only after your explicit authorization via 3-legged OAuth 2.0:

• Account identifiers (anonymized).
• Transaction history and order execution details.
• Current positions and balances.

3. Use of Information

Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Generating performance analytics and KPIs.
• Synchronizing trade data with third-party journaling tools (e.g., Edgewonk) at your request.
• Providing anonymized, time-delayed aggregate market insights.

4. Data Security & Storage

We implement rigorous security measures, including:

• Encryption: Access and Refresh tokens are encrypted using AES-256 standards.
• Token Rotation: We support and implement refresh token rotation to prevent unauthorized persistent access.
• No Credential Storage: We never store usernames or passwords. Access is managed solely through temporary API tokens.

5. Data Retention

We retain transaction data only as long as necessary to provide our analytics services. Users may request full data deletion at any time by contacting our support email.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal financial data to third parties. Data is only shared with third-party tools (like Edgewonk) when explicitly initiated by the user.
